Earlier this week, Hallsley neighbor Patty Friedman and her fellow neighbors organized a tribute to the neighborhood’s beloved UPS drive, Anthony Gaskin. Anthony has been delivering packages to Hallsley for years, always with a smile on his face and kindness in his heart. To show appreciation for Anthony’s hard work, Patty and her neighbors arranged a sweet parade for Anthony at the end of his Hallsley route. Families lined the side of the road with signs and honked their horns, rang bells, and yelled Anthony’s name as he drove by. His supervisors even attended the tribute and spoke a few words about Anthony before presenting him with a gift basket filled with Christmas cards, cash, and gift cards. Anthony was moved to tears and briefly spoke to thank everyone before getting back to work!
THANK YOU, ANTHONY!
