Hallsley Voted BEST For 3rd Straight Year

Readers of Richmond Magazine have voted Hallsley at the “Best New Home Community” for the third consecutive year. In fact, Hallsley may be the only new home community to have ever received this honor three years in a row. For the past 29 years, Richmond Magazine has asked their readers to vote for Richmond’s BEST and WORST. It has become a Richmond tradition to wait for the magazine to appear in the newsstands in August to see who is the best – and the worst – in everything from restaurants and unsung heroes to dry cleaning and automotive repair.
